QUALITY & SUSTAINABILITY

The quality of our products is guaranteed by the constant commitment in all phases of the process that we personally take care of in the vineyard, farm and in the cellar. We try to minimize the use of synthetic chemicals, in order to guarantee the consumer a genuine and excellent quality product. The use of sulfites in winemaking is reduced to a minimum, fractionated and assisted by alternative products of natural origin.

 

 

 

 

 

With regard to the environmental sustainability of our work, over time we have adopted different solutions, such as:

⦁ Proactive recycling of bottles on deposit;
⦁ elimination of chemical weeding, replaced by mechanical processing;
⦁ use of solar energy with a reduction in CO2 emissions;
⦁ use of decision support systems (DSS) to better evaluate the timing and methods of phyto-sanitary treatments;
⦁ reduction of chemical fertilizations to the advantage of organic ones;
⦁ elimination of most plastic packaging in shipments;
⦁ reuse of wine-making by-products as an organic soil improver;
⦁ reduction of chemical detergents to the advantage of physical treatments in the hygiene of the cellar.
